Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are applicable only on unopened, unused, and sealed products.
- You must raise a refund request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Perishable food products (fruits, vegetables, fresh produce).
- Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes.
- Items returned without proper proof of purchase.
Refund Timeline:
- Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds take 7-10 business days to reflect in your bank or original payment method.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
We want you to enjoy every product you buy from Vithaai Naturals. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement.
Conditions for Return:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product should be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- A photo/video of the damaged or wrong product must be shared for verification.
Process of Return:

- Our team will review your request and arrange for pickup if applicable.
- After inspection, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
- Refunds take 7-10 business days to reflect in your bank or original payment method.
- In case of replacement, the replacement order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business day
Non-Returnable Items:
- Fresh produce (perishable items).
- Opened or partially used products.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
